Our Staff and Our Drivers

Our experienced and punctual drivers are First-Aid and CPR certified, trained in the proper use of AEDs and are able to get you to the locations of the medical facilities you need to get to anywhere in Suffolk and Nassau counties. Our Vehicle Fleet
K&M Reliable Transportation Service values customer safety and comfort. Our vehicles are fully American Disability Act (ADA) and Paratransit Compliant and can accommodate wheelchairs. Each of our vehicles has passed inspection by the New York State Department of Transportation (DOT). All of our vehicles are equipped with hydraulic lifts for safe loading and unloading of passengers, comfortable seating, wheelchair tie downs, a first-aid kit, and automated external defibrillator (AED). We also ensure our vehicles receive regular maintenance and safety checks to ensure they remain in top operating condition for transporting our valuable customers to their destination.

Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Insurance
In addition to accepting Medicaid recipients, we also accept MLTC Insurances to include: Fidelis, Aetna, Sentry, Centers Plan for Health Living, National Med Trans, and Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY).
